What we treat

Four signals. One root cause.

Acidity, bloating, sluggish digestion and afternoon fatigue usually are not four separate problems. They are four ways the same weakened digestive fire shows itself.

Acidity & Reflux

Amlapitta

Burning reflux, sour belching and a chest that flares after meals — and antacids that only buy a few hours before it returns.

Bloating & Gas

Adhmana

A stomach flat in the morning and swollen by evening, with gas, heaviness and discomfort after almost every meal.

Weak Digestion

Mandagni

Food that sits heavy long after eating, irregular bowel movements, and a shrinking list of foods you can comfortably tolerate.

Low Energy & Fog

Klama

Afternoon crashes and brain fog even after a full night's sleep — the energy cost of a digestive system that never settles.

Why they travel together

In Ayurveda, digestion is governed by agni. When agni is weak, food is incompletely processed and leaves residue the texts call ama. That residue is what shows up as reflux at night, as a swollen abdomen by evening, and as the fatigue that no amount of sleep seems to fix.

Treating them one at a time is why they keep coming back. Assessing agni and dosha together is what lets a single plan address all four.

When Ayurveda is not the right answer

Some symptoms need conventional investigation first. Blood in the stool, unexplained weight loss, difficulty swallowing, persistent vomiting or severe sudden abdominal pain should be seen by a conventional physician without delay. We will say so plainly if your consultation suggests it.
