What we collect
When you book a consultation we collect your name, phone number, email address and the health concerns you select. During the consultation, clinical notes are recorded as part of your care.
Why we collect it
- To deliver your consultation and send you your joining link, date and time
- To prepare and send your personalised plan
- To contact you about your booking, including rescheduling
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on our servers. We retain only the payment reference needed to confirm your booking.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to deliver your consultation — our booking and database provider, our email provider, our WhatsApp messaging provider and our payment processor — and only to the extent each needs to do its job.
How it is protected
Patient records are held in an access-controlled database. Patient data is not publicly readable: access requires an authenticated administrator account, enforced at the database level rather than only in the application.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@gastroveda.in. We will act on the request unless we are required to retain records for medical or legal reasons.
Messaging
Booking confirmations and consultation updates are sent by email and, where you have provided a number, by WhatsApp. These are service messages about your own booking. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page.
