What the consultation is
A consultation is a 30-minute live 1-on-1 video session providing an Ayurvedic assessment of your digestion, along with dietary and lifestyle guidance and, where appropriate, an Ayurvedic prescription.
What it is not
It is not emergency care and not a replacement for conventional medical treatment. Do not stop or change prescribed allopathic medication on your own. If you have severe or sudden symptoms — including severe abdominal pain, blood in the stool, persistent vomiting, difficulty swallowing or unexplained weight loss — seek conventional medical attention immediately.
No guaranteed outcome
Ayurvedic treatment responds differently from person to person. We do not promise a specific result, a timeline, or a guaranteed cure, and you should treat any such claim with caution.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your health, symptoms and current medication
- Disclose existing conditions, pregnancy, allergies and ongoing treatment
- Join your consultation at the booked time from a place with a usable connection
Booking, payment and slots
The consultation fee is payable in advance through our payment provider. Slots must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead. Your booking is confirmed once payment is verified and you have selected a slot; confirmation is sent by email and, where available, WhatsApp.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
You may reschedule up to 2 hours before your session at no extra cost by replying to your confirmation email. If you do not attend and did not reschedule in time, the session is treated as delivered. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Prescriptions and medicines
Any medicines prescribed are classical or GMP-certified Ayurvedic formulations. Medicines are not sold through this website; you obtain them separately. Follow the dosage given and tell us about any reaction.

Your personal and health information is handled as set out in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
